Key Stakeholders

SMX is a wholly owned subsidiary of Financial Technologies (India) Limited, a major global financial services group and leader in creating and operating both exchange technology and transparent, efficient, and liquid exchanges transacting a broad spectrum of asset classes, including equities, commodities, fixed income, and foreign currency instruments. The Financial Technologies group has successfully established and currently manages ten exchanges (five in India including MCX and MCX-SX and one each in Dubai, Singapore, Africa, Mauritius and Bahrain), plus six eco-system ventures.
